FHRの必要性とは？
4点式以上のシートベルトを装着している場合、身体はしっかりとシートに固定されています。
四輪競技での激しいブレーキング時やクラッシュの際、衝撃の逃げ道は身体のどこにあるのでしょうか？
頭の重量は成人で4〜6kg程度、ヘルメットの重量は約2kg
おおよそ、約6〜8kgの重量物がその衝撃を首一点で支えることになります。
想像してみて下さい！
例えば200km/hの走行で衝撃を受けた場合、8kgの球体が身体の上部で暴れる訳です。首は想像を超えて伸びる事でしょう
それを防止するのが「FHR」です。
FHRは肩に掛けてシートベルトで固定します。そのFHRのベルトの金具部分をヘルメットのアンカーに取り付けすることにより衝撃を最低限に抑える効果があります。
それでも横転などによるクラッシュはしっかりと固定したシートベルトは身体を浮かすほどの衝撃が加わります。
サーキット走行での安全対策は命を守るための基本です。しっかりと対策しておきましょう

Why is FHR necessary?
When wearing a four-point or larger seat belt, the body is securely fastened to the seat.
During severe braking or crashes in four-wheel competition, where does the body find escape from the impact?
The head weighs about 4-6 kg for an adult, and the helmet weighs about 2 kg
Approximately, about 6-8 kg of weight will support the impact at a single point on the neck.
Imagine, for example, driving at 200 km/h!
For example, if you receive an impact from driving at 200 km/h, an 8 kg sphere will be thrown around at the top of your body. Your neck would be stretched beyond your imagination.
FHR” prevents this.
The FHR is placed on the shoulder and secured with a seat belt. By attaching the metal part of the belt of the FHR to the anchor of the helmet, it has the effect of minimizing the impact.
Even so, a crash caused by a rollover, for example, can cause enough impact to cause the seatbelt, which is firmly fastened, to lift the body off the ground.
Safety measures for circuit driving are fundamental to protect your life. Be sure to take the proper measures!
