Where is the best place to buy an automotive helmet?

I'm looking for a helmet to use for automotive circuit driving and karting. I currently use an inexpensive motorcycle helmet, but I want to participate in races in the future, so I want a helmet for automotive vehicles. However, there are no stores selling automotive helmets nearby. Where do people buy them? Does HPT sell regular helmets in addition to painted ones?: Unfortunately, there are very few stores specializing in the sale of automotive helmets in Japan at the moment.
